The above picture is not a great shot but one which can help me cherish the memories in the future. This was takn from the Bus while travelling from Bangalore to to Ooty. I remember it was First week of January and the winter was at its peak in Ooty. The place is known as Thalaikundah near HPF

Valparai (TamilNadu) is a Municipality in Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu. Valparai is located 3,500 feet above sea level on the Anaimalai Hills range of the Western Ghats.Valparai is at a distance of 95 km from Coimbatore. Valparai remains relatively undisturbed. While major portions are owned by private tea companies, large forest areas continue to be out of bounds to tourists. The Government of Tamil Nadu with the assistance of the Indian go vernment has taken initiatives to promote tourism and develop infrastructure such as hotels and amusement parks to attract visitors.
